The Flower Pixie

A young pixie sits among the flowers in a large meadow. She smiles picking up a few flowers to smell them, and gently place them back on the earth. The flowers dance around her, tickling her bare skin making her giggle. The Flower Pixy is the guardian of these delicate beings. She tends to their needs as well as protects them from harm. Yet she was lonely, there were few pixies left. Humans did not believe in pixies anymore. Pixies were starting to die. She feared she was next. Only a child could save her…now. That is if they believed.

A delightful flash and take on the picture. And so true: all we need to do is believe. xo

Oh I hope she finds more of her kind as well as believers. Children really are the hope of all.

I'm with DK. Certainly not a child, but I believe. This could easily evolve into a fantasy novella or novel, Rolling Muse :-)

This is what I call a true fantasy piece. I hope the children do come believing in pixies again.
